We are so happy to announce that we have been selected for the Gold SWE Mission Award! Gold level is the highest level with only 25 collegiate sections receiving the gold distinction every year, us being one of them.

This conference has many opportunities for our students, including wonderful keynote speakers, seminars, workshops, an extremely large career fair, and numerous networking opportunities. UKY SWE attends this event every year, and is usually one of the largest collegiate branches of SWE to attend.

SWEet Things

2019 Freshman Sleepover was an absolute success! We hosted 33 incoming freshmen for a full day of activities, panels, fun and laughter in Woodland Glen 3. Thank you to our amazing Feshmen Sleepover Co-Chairs, Tori and Peyton, to our outstanding Advisor, Kim, our lovely volunteers and our incredible participants for making this event the best one yet!

Leaders & Learners

Leaders and Learners is a program that helps freshman or new SWE members build strong bonds with our current members. The Leaders also offer help with studying, registering for classes, and any questions that the Learners might have. Each month, SWE organizes Leaders & Learners bonding activities and events (movie nights, Breakout Games, workshops, painting nights, etc.). For more information, please contact Jill Steffen.
